Q&A: I have a cancer stricken wife who is contemplating using medical marijuana prescribed by her oncologist?

Concern by : I have a most cancers stricken spouse who is considering using health care cannabis recommended by her oncologist?
which in the state of CA, where we reside, is lawful but, I have a DoD stability clearance. If my wife receives a prescription for healthcare marijuana, will it have an effect on MY clearance renewal when the time will come to move? Many thanks!

  1. I doubt it. If the prescribed, there seems to be a legitimacy, not to mention the sympathy coming from them. I doubt there’d be any problem.

    It might if they do a random drug test and you should up with THC in your system from second hand smoke
