Question by Chris B: Can I use medical marijuana in Maine while on state probation?
I am on probation in the state of Maine and I have conditions towards me consuming or using unlawful medications like marijuana. That is how it is worded in my situations I feel. I am presently on adderall xr and my probation officer has no issues with that. I want to get my medical marijuana card but I do not know if there are laws that would prohibit me from utilizing considering that I am on probation. Does anyone know if probation can override a prescription published by a physician? Given that it is for marijuana? Thank you.
