I am 19 a long time old, i have smoked weed about three instances and previous evening i was pulled in excess of by the county sheriff. He smelt weed so he searched our pockets and located 1 joint on my pal. Then he searched my vehicle and located a cleaned/damaged pipe and a tiny ball of res. He arrested us the two for possession.
what must my up coming action be?
do i need a lawyer?

The res he found obviously came from the damaged cleaned out pipe. i believe i should only be billed with paraphernalia. Is this legitimate?
Why need to they arrest someone who is considerably less than a relaxed smoker, even though the evident “stoners” and drug dealers are still left untouched. I dwell in a little city and absolutely everyone is aware of who these people are. Yet they go after the types easily caught simply because they will not know what they are doing.
